Years 1&2 Christmas Concert for Year 1 Parents

World Book Day
Children can attend school dressed as a book character and through the day there will be book-based activities in class. We will also have a cardboard tube book character competition. Our 'sponsored read' will also be launched on this day children will be bringing the information home.
Reception, Year 1 and 2 family reading session
Parents are invited into school for a family reading session where you can read with your child in school. This will be for the last 20 minutes of the day, please enter through the usual gates.
Parents’ Evening
Parents' evening will be after school on the 8th and 9th March 2023 3.30pm - 6.00pm. Invites to book appointments will be on my child at school after half term.
Comic Relief Day
Dress in red for red nose day, there will be classroom activities on this day.
Y6 Tag Rugby
Fun rugby tournament for schools, children will need a packed lunch and water.
Decorated Egg Competition
Decorate your own hard-boiled egg for our best egg competition. There is a chocolate for every entry! All decorated eggs need to be in school on Monday 27th March 2023
Airedale Hubalaboo
A music hub showcase concert, Airedale will be performing our African drumming set. Children need to bring a packed tea and a change of clothes (black trousers/leggings, a plain brightly coloured t-shirt and soft shoes)
